I pride my business on being able to offer an honest & knowledgeable coaching service to all clients, which is backed up by experience & results. Team Benbo have over 11 years of experience in the fitness industry, having gained qualifications in personal training, sports therapy and performance coaching. I'm able to share with my clients - in-depth knowledge and experience around sports specific training, nutrition, online coaching and competition preparation. 
I cater for men and women of all levels supporting them to achieve their chosen goals. 

Over the years I have worked with a diverse range of clients, tackling issues such as obesity and dietary health issues. 
I have coached athletes to achieve awards in strength competitions, British championships, world championship fitness, GB Invictus athletes and supported athletes who have gone onto qualify for the Arnold Classic sports festival. I have also competed in bodybuilding since 2013 stepping onto the British championship stage the past 3 years running. I have ten shows under my belt and since my first competition I have put on over 20kg progressing up the weight classes.
